Freshly gutted and renovated 4BR/2.5BA + Office w/ Murphy Bed home just 3 houses away from beach on Great Pond (a salt water pond with access to the ocean).
the first floor has a large open living area with chef's kitchen, living room and large island for eating/gathering There is an office on the first floor that includes a full size murphy bed. The laundry room has a large open laundry area and also a half bath.
the second floor has a master bedroom with a private bath with a stall shower There is a shared bath with a tub/shower combination. There are three other bedrooms in addition to the master. One has a bunk bed (2 twins) with an extra twin mattress, one has a queen mattress and the other bedroom has a bunk with a twin over a full and also a trundle bed under it. Portable Crib also available. The out door patio has a large table with benches and another sitting area around a fire pit. there is also an outdoor shower!

The bike path extends from Woods Hole to North Falmouth.
