Positive: The staff behaviour is excellent as always. Sanjeev is excellent as expected. He is too helpful and whenever I come to goa, I usually stay in this place. Last time I rated it 10, this time I am giving 8 for him and his onsite services only..
Negative: The new management team is not good. Dushmant, the earlier manager of this property was on point. He used to give all the necessary documents and he was on point on billing and everything. New management team (Priti and Nikita, who contacted me as new managers from goodstay) don't have any information for guest. They even calculated wrong GST and were charging more than what was printed in booking invoice (including GST). After lot of escalation, it got resolved.
Summary: On site services are still good but the quality of remote management team degraded due to change
