this listing is perfect for the outdoor lover! there are running and biking trails just around the corner at the james river park system and the forest hill park Fish for smallmouth bass, tan on the warm river rocks or float the historic James River, only a quarter mile away. Multiple public access points including Pony Pasture, Huguenot Flatwater and Reedy Creek. A great three-four hour tubing or kayaking float runs from Pony Pasture put in to Reedy Creek, both less than 3-9 minutes away from this home. Texas Beach, a popular local hangout on the James River, is just over the bridge on the north side.
