the pool is not heated It is serviced every Thursday. Leaves and other natural debris may occasionally blow into the pool. This does not constitute a reason for a refund, provided the pool is safe to swim in. If you notify us, we will be happy to try and arrange for the pool company to service the pool as soon as possible.
trash collection and outside maintenance:
** the trash collection is every tuesday morning Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after the trash is collected.
