entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consists of living-dining area of 120 m² and a fully equipped functional kitchen The living room area has large sofas, a 55” HDTV with home cinema and a corner-shaped fireplace. The kitchen is followed by a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a WC located on the same floor.

The third bedroom has two singles beds but are designed to be transformed into double beds if preferred. A bathroom with a steam shower cabin are also found along the corridor. Each room has floor to ceiling length windows which lead to the exterior areas of the villa.
