5 Bedroom House in Coronado Ranch, Gilbert
This 5 bedroom home was designed for you to enjoy the Arizona weather. Outside you'll find a jungle gym, swing set, in-ground trampoline, and a heated swimming pool oasis. At night you can gather around the firepit or have a great family BBQ. More fun awaits inside with a pool table, gas fireplace, and books and games to enjoy. When you need a little time alone all the bedrooms have king-sized beds and TVs. There is one full bedroom and bathroom downstairs for easy access.
pool is heated from october through april, temperature is set to 82-84 degrees but may not be capable of holding those temps in coldest weather
indoor fireplace is disabled april-october as daily highs can still be over 100
