Summary: We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a good experience however the amenities did not meet the 4 star hotel expectations. Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told it was only for higher rate rooms, we checked the amenities list for all room types available and there was no mention of it at all which seemed really odd. In the spa area, the turkish sauna was way above the normal 60 degrees, making it impossible to sit there, so nobody was spending any time in there, even though the spa area was quite busy.
