Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A very traditional French gite in the heart of the countryside. We were there in temperatures of 40degrees with government warnings to not go out between the hours of 12and 4pm. However the thick strong old French stone walls and wooden shutters ensured a comfortable ambient temperature within the gite, so that no fan or air con was necessary. Remarkable.
