Summary: Stayed in a Garden room . Clean a tidy . Looked a little tired but comfortable . Safe broken show tray couldn’t drain water away quick enough. water spilled over. Bathroom radiator not working Booked restaurant on first night . Most of the curry menu not available and we were an early seating as well. Went for fish on main menu didn’t have that either. It’s promoted as a spa hotel and as such I assumed hotel guests could use the pool, but found out it was at an additional charge. Looked into the facility and saw it was empty. I think they are missing a trick here. .
