If passes are purchased or modified 14 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $5 per pass. Children 4 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. Amenity Fees are charged by the Bayside Community HOA; Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not set or control prices and therefore they are non-negotiable. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
