Sparkling swimming pool is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer and has an amazing gradual ramp entry. Adjacent to the pool is a tidy turf lawn with pool loungers, umbrella, yard games and a golf putting green. Paver pathway extends to outdoor gas fire-pit offering additional seating and views of THE fountain and surrounding mountain peaks.
