The space While you will be enjoying a peaceful quiet stay, you will also be right in the center of one of the most authentic neighbourhoods of Montréal! You will be surrounded by local bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and trendy boutiques. The condo is on the famous Boulevard St-Laurent right on the border of the Mile End/Plateau Mont-Royal and the little Italy! A 10 minutes walk and you will be at the Marché Jean-Talon! Treat yourself with the experience of a 5 star hotel in the privacy and intimacy of your own place: -Top of the line king size mattress and queen size mattress -Fine linens -SPA towels -High end soaps The condo is a modern and stylish two bedroom over a 1000 sq feet. It is a perfect place for 2 couples or a family! The master bedroom is bright and features a luxurious memory foam king-sized bed, dry-cleaned white bedsheets and fresh white towels. The second bedroom open up from french doors. It features a queen-sized bed. The bathroom is large with a separated large bathub and a nice Italian shower. In the living room, you will find a large smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services with a Chromecast connected to it. You can beam your favourite shows and pictures from your device directly to the TV. Wireless high speed internet is for you to use. Enjoy a trip to the farmers’ market "Marché Jean-Talon" and make yourself a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy cooking on the BBQ of the nice large private balcony! The apartment has been set up specifically for the needs of Airbnb guests, with everything you could possibly need for your stay, including a hair dryer, hair straightener, iron, full washer and dryer... There are no personal effects in the apartment as you tend to find in other places, allowing guests to relax in the beautifully designed space. After every checkout, my indispensable cleaning assistant will be at the premises to clean the place thoroughly. The bed sheets are washed and pressed professionally at the Laundry. I personally inspect the condo before every check-in to ensure that it is up to the standard that I promise my guests. A parking spot is available for free in the underground parking of the building. The parking is tight if you have a big car. Guest access I manage my properties myself without using random companies to drop off the keys somewhere or meet you. I will be at the property to check you in whenever possible. If you encounter any issues, I will be there myself to answer your questions.
