There is a second large living room with vaulted ceilings in the rear of the home that provides additional living space and offers an additional sleep-sofa. The first bedroom is off of this area and features a queen-sized bed and access to the rear deck. There are three bedrooms on the second story of the home. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and attached full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and attached full-bathroom. The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, television, sitting -balcony and an ensuite full-bathroom. The fourth bedroom is equipped with two pyramid bunk sets. Thru the garage, there is an additional fifth bedroom which features a Queen sized bed. The garage has been converted into a cool game-room with a television, air-hockey and ping-pong, pool and foosball tables. The rear-decks and yard provide nice outside space that are great places to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or on the water. This home has been well-maintained and is in good condition. It is situated in the popular Caine Woods community that is more relaxed and less congested than other parts of Ocean City. Shopping, restaurants, amusements, water sports, community parks and more are all nearby. the guest that signed the lodging agreement shall be the guest that checks-in This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
