La Verema is a very spacious finca enjoying a very peaceful location in the countryside by Benissa, surrounded by almond trees and muscatel vineyards. The Finca is just a 5-minute drive from Benissa town center, where a variety of traditional restaurants and tapas bars can be explored. A further 10-minute drive separates us from the astonishing coastline of the Costa Blanca, where beaches and coves await us with pleasant beach bars. Finca La Verema enjoys splendid panoramic views of the countryside from its elevated position.
the entire finca is surrounded by a very extensive terrace, very well decorated with white walls and wood-brown beams We find parking for 4 cars, from where we access the spacious terrace all on one level, there is an open-door veranda with chairs and tables to relax on the cooler evenings. On the other side of the terrace, we find the beautiful private swimming pool, sun beds, a ping-pong table and an outdoor dining room under a roofed terrace with a BBQ.

Summary: A lovely villa with amazing outdoor space and wide reaching views. The villa was clean, well maintained and adequately equipped, it appeared to have recently undergone a major refurbishment including all new major kitchen appliances and comfortable new beds. The 2 shower rooms were also immaculate. The outdoor space was wonderful with plenty of sun loungers’ tables and chairs, sofas and armchairs and enough shady areas to escape the midday sun; a table tennis table for the more energetic and brick built BBQ. The beautiful pool was well maintained by the very friendly owner. A fenced off area close to the villa was perfect for those with young children and equipped with outdoor toys. A couple of small things were irritating, the kettle was no larger than a travel kettle, which was a nuisance when making tea for more than 2 people and a couple of good large kitchen knives would definitely not go amiss! Benissa town was a little disappointing and looked quite rundown, there was little in the way of bars and restaurants so if you plan to eat out a car is a must. There are a good selection of supermarkets locally. A lovely villa in a peaceful location, highly recommended.
