The holiday complex with a total of 8 holiday apartments is situated in a very beautiful location on a 15,000 square metre, very well-kept and completely fenced lakeside property directly on the south bank of the Müritz. On the property there are several furnished seating areas (partly covered), a playground, a boat park, fishing and bathing jetty, barbecue area, campfire site, a lakeside terrace directly on the Müritz as well as plenty of space for sports and games. The property offers the best conditions for an active nature holiday. The holiday apartments of different sizes were modernised in 2017. Two apartments are located separately in the host's house, the other apartments are located in a guest house.

It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio), an open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom with 2 single beds, an open sleeping loft (via steep stairs) with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a private furnished balcony.

The popular Müritz cycle path runs through the town, making it easy to explore the region by bike.
