Unser Bauernhof/Wanderreitstation liegt auf der Schwäbischen Alb zwischen Balingen und Rottweil und nahe der Schlichem - Ferien für die Familie, Wanderreiter und Aktivurlauber. Wir haben 3 Ferienwohnungen für 1-5 Personen sowie 1 Doppelzimmer. Im 5km entfernten Schömberg ist ein wunderschön gelegener Stausee mit schönen Spazierwegen und der im Sommer gerne zum Baden einlädt. Rottweil - die älteste Stadt Baden-Württembergs - ist mit ihrer wunderschönen Innenstadt auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert, auch steht hier seit kurzem der "Thyssen Testturm" mit 246m Höhe - ein spannendes Erlebnis. Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind komfortabel ausgestattet und selbstverständlich bieten wir kostenloses WLAN an! Lassen Sie sich vom Charme unseres über 100 Jahre alten Bauernhofes überzeugen. Wir haben ihn liebevoll renoviert und trotz Modernisierung ist sein persönliches Flair überall zu sehen und zu spüren. Ferien auf dem Bauernhof – in herrlich ländlicher Idylle, mit viel Natur und Ruhe. Entspannung und Erholung wird hier Großgeschrieben, jedoch gibt es auch für Aktivurlauber genug zu erleben, egal ob Wandern, Reiten oder mit dem Rad. Wir haben auch 2 Mountainbikes, die wir den Gästen gerne zur Verfügung stellen. Der Hof liegt am Ortsrand, hat einen eigenen großen Innenhof (kein Durchgangsverkehr) mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und geht sofort in die angrenzenden Obstbaumwiesen über. Dahinter liegen nur Felder und Wiesen – für Familien mit Kindern geradezu ideal. Auf unserem Hof (ohne aktive Landwirtschaft) wohnen außer uns noch 4 Pferde, 2 Hasen, 2 Katzen, ca. 30 Hühner und unsere Labradorhündin. Unser Hof ist geprägt von viel Liebe und Herzlichkeit die wir gerne an unsere Gäste weitergeben. Reiten biete ich für unsere kleinen Gäste in Verbindung mit einem Naturspaziergang gegen Aufpreis gerne an, auch serviere ich Ihnen auf Wunsch ein Frühstück, (6.- Euro pro Person - bitte rechtzeitig anmelden), auch haben wir für Gäste einen Getränkekühlschrank, der immer gut gefüllt ist. die großzügig geschnittene einraumwohnung befindet sich auch im 2 Stock unseres schönen großen Bauernhauses und bietet mit ca. 40 qm ausreichend Platz für 1-2 Personen. Ein Essplatz mit TV (Wandhalterung) und ein gemütliches Sofa und ein Sessel laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Schlafbereich mit einem Bett von 1,60x2,00 m ist durch einen offen gestalteten Schrank vom Wohnbereich leicht abgetrennt und mit einem wunderschönen Sofa gemütlich gestaltet. Die Küchenzeile beinhaltet alles, was man zum Alltag benötigt. Kostenloses WLAN ist selbstverständlich vorhanden! Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Ceranfeld und Backofen sowie Kaffemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Das Bad ist mit ca. 6qm gut geschnitten und modern gestaltet. Ein Hingucker ist das schöne Waschbecken auf einem "alten" Holzbrett mit ausgedienten Bohnenstangen als Handtuchhalter. Ein Wand-WC und eine großzügige Dusche runden das Bad ab. Da steckt wieder einmal viel Liebe zum Detail darin. Auch hier können wir Ihnen wieder ein zusätzliches Zimmer von 15 qm anbieten, damit ist die Wohnung auf ca. 60 qm erweiterbar. Im Zusatzzimmer befindet sich ein 140x200 cm großes Bett und ist durch das Bad zu betreten. Somit hat jeder von seinem Bereich aus einen eigenen Zugang in das Bad..
