Die neu errichtete Ferienwohnung wurde 2019 fertig gestellt und befindet sich als abgeschlossene Wohneinheit über einer Doppelgarage neben dem Wohnhaus der Vermieter in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe direkt vom Hof aus zu erreichen und umfasst 65 qm. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, eine große Wiese grenzt an und bietet den "Blick ins Grüne". Die Innenstadt von Pfullendorf ist zu Fuß in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar. Ausflugsziele in der Stadt wie der Seepark können bequem per Bürgerbus erreicht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Fuß oder per Bus. WLAN und Parkplatz sind für unsere Gäste kostenfrei verfügbar. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage willkommen.
unsere ferienwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen eingang und ist über den hof erreichbar Über eine Treppe gelangt man zum kleinen Balkon und von dort aus in die doppelgeschossige, knapp 65 qm große Wohnung. Von der Haustüre aus betritt man die kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich. Von dort aus geht es vorbei am Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC in den offenen Wohnbereich mit Internet-Fernseher und Schlafcouch (160 x 200 cm). Über eine Holztreppe gelangt man in die zwei kleinen Schlafzimmer mit Blick ins Grüne. Beide Zimmer verfügen über Dachschrägen. Ein Zimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten (90 x 200 cm) und Schrank ausgestattet, das Andere mit einem Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) und Schrank. Ideal also für Familien mit Kindern. Ein Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl stellen wir auf Anfrage gerne zur Verfügung! m kompletten Wohnbereich befinden sich Vinylböden, im Bad sind Fliesen vorhanden.
