Located directly on Lake Zootzensee - with its own lake access - outside the village, there are 4 holiday homes of different sizes for a total of up to 15 people on the owner's approx. 3,000 m² residential and recreational property. The entire complex is designed to be ecologically/biologically sustainable and has its own biological sewage treatment plant, its own solar power supply and its own well. (Water is suitable for baby food.) There is a restaurant in Zechlinerhütte (approx. 1.5 km), shopping facilities and other catering establishments in Rheinsberg (approx. 7 km).
the extensive property with various seating and sunbathing areas extends to the lake, where all guests have their own jetty, rowing and canoeing boats for hire (for a fee) and fishing opportunities (fishing licence available in zechliner hütte) Sufficient parking spaces, bicycle storage and storage areas, barbecue, sun loungers and W-LAN are also available. A large covered communal seating area can be used by all guests to celebrate, chat, barbecue or play table tennis.
