Bayview Vista is located in Pointe West a community on the west end of Galveston Island. This top floor bay side condo is 1450 sq ft and has spectacular views of the bay and the beach. The quiet side of the island is known for relaxation and tranquility. The unit is part of Pointe West which is a premier community offering abundant amenities. There are miles of walking, bike and golf cart trails that connect the resort from beach to bay. The bay side offers spectacular sunsets, a lazy river pool that meanders through an array of palm trees, a hot tub, grills and more. The beach club features an infinity pool with spa, fitness center, restaurant/bar, gift shop and kids activity room. Pointe West is located 20 minutes away from the crowds of the island. The drive is manageable to visit Schlitterbahn Water park, Moody Gardens, The Amusement Pier, The Strand, Golf, etc. for additional activity.
3 bedroom 2 bath condo is on the top floor with awesome views of the bay and the beach The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. A full size washer and dryer is in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, there is large flat screen televisions in the living room and all bedrooms that have cable and NetFlix. The unit is wired with high speed free internet access. Stocked with paper products, condiments and toiletries the condo is set for your vacation. The patio is large and great for gathering to eat, relax and enjoying the most amazing sunsets in Texas.
wristband policy
the property owners association (poa) at pointe west collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the beach club and sunset pools during your stay at pointe west This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.
