Summary: We spent a month in this house and the location was great - close to anything you would need as far as groceries, restaurants, hiking, golf, etc. The house was well equipped with most everything we needed and my husband enjoyed having a fresh grapefruit every morning from the tree in the back yard. Only a couple of negatives - this rental allows pets and the living room furniture had pet hair/fur on it (from previous renters since we don't have pets) and although the beds were very comfortable I can't say the same for the couch and love seat. It had very little support and for 2 people in their early 60's we ended up with sore backs from the lack of support.
