Summary: First impressions are big for me so upon arrival, the yard was very overgrown and needed some TLC. The house is as described. It is cute and clean and has most of what you need except an iron and ironing board. It is in a good location with restaurants and bars close by. The bed in one of the rooms would have been comfortable but it needed supports as my husband and i rolled to the center and could not move resulting in me sleeping on the twin bed. The rug needs cleaning as it has an odor. We did not utilize the Carriage house but it was very cute and spacious. However, the back yard was very overgrown, including then entrance to the Carriage house, which was disappointing as it would have been a great space to hang out with the family. I loved the character of the house and the back door but it needs a doorknob to be able to open it from the outside. Overall, the house is cute, great location, and quiet neighborhood. Both Michelle and Adam were quick to respond to messages. The yard needs major work and the bed needs a new frame.
