this quaint and cozy, 1953 bungalow style, 3 bed/2 bath daytona home is family and pet friendly and is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, down a shared private driveway in between us1 and the halifax river It is just a short walk (0.2 mile) to ross point picnic area, which sits on the bank of the halifax river and is within walking distance to 7-8 local restaurants including caribbean jack's! you will find this home is perfectly located to nearby hotspots within the daytona area such as main street, beach street historic district, daytona international speedway, peabody auditorium, ocean center, jackie robinson ballpark, daytona lagoon, daytona boardwalk amusements, and of course the world's most famous beach, which quickly sets this home a part from the rest!!
the master bedroom features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and access to its private bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower with a handheld shower head The second bedroom features, 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan and a closet and is conveniently located next to the second bathroom, which features a shower / tub combo with a handheld showerhead. The third bedroom is situated at the front of the home and features a Queen bed, a ceiling fan. and a double set of doors that can be closed off to provide privacy or left open to adjoin to a sitting area that features a full size sofa in front of large window allowing in an abundance of natural light. A separate living room space features a Queen sleeper sofa, chair with ottoman, 32" Roku smart TV streaming only (no cable) and easy access to the adjoining kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. In addition you will find a toaster, blender, Keurig K-cup coffeemaker, tea pot, wine glasses, plates, cooking utensils, etc. A separate laundry room with a full washer/dryer and access to the privacy fenced backyard (to accommodate your small dog) along with a patio area equipped with a couch, coffee table, 2 chaise loungers, hammock, picnic table and gas grill. just about everything you need has already been provided including linens, bath towels, a baby high chair, pack-n-play, secure wifi and ample parking!
