The top floor flat is occupied by the landlady.
the well-kept vivi ground floor flat was renovated in 2008 The centrepiece of the holiday flat is the huge, covered terrace with a fantastic sea view of the Messinian Bay, as far as the opposite coast of Mani and the Taygetos Mountains. Between the house and the beach is the lawn. Depending on the weather, only 2 to 4 steps separate the lawn from the beach. You can easily reach the beach and the sea through the garden gate.
