our home is located in beautiful residential area and we try our best not to disturb our lovely neighbors We have had previous complaints from previous guests and we want to prevent any future complaints. Having said that we do not allow any parties or large gatherings. There is a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed in driveway. No speakers allowed besides the ones installed in house. No smoking in house or in the swimming pool. No guests exceeding the number specified in booking. Any extra guests besides ones specified will be charged $100 for each extra guest. The exterior of the house is camera surveillance and any guest who violates these rules will have their reservation terminated and/or penalized. thanks for your understanding!
