apartment of 135 m2, located in the roches noires building, 5-10 minutes walk to city centre Newly renovated kitchen and two bathrooms.
our place is on the ground floor with a very small garden in front We do not face the sea directly, but there is a view to the beach and the sea from the kitchen/dining room. The apartment is family/child friendly in that you can go out of the dining room, walk down the side of the building (on grass) and then find yourself on the beach (see the first photo, not the two closest windows to the sea).

l'appartement est au rdc avec un petit jardin nous ne sommes
pas directement face à la mer, mais nous avons une vue sur la plage et la mer de la cuisine et de la salle à manger
l'appartement est bien pour les familles et les enfants à cause du plan et la structure des chambres, mais aussi puisqu’on
a un accès très facile à la plage (pas de rue à traverser)
il y a un parking avec un portail devant l'appartement
les serviettes de bain et le linge de lit sont fournis
