local fruit barn and deli at the end of the street or a full shopping centre just 8min drive away
noise:
this is a strict no party house, bucks or footy weekends We understand that every group is different, but we do not make exceptions.
the property is in a environmental conservation zone area and council regulates outside noise, to ensure the valley stays quiet and neighbors aren’t disturbed Although this is a 2.5 acre property, sound travels and is amplified in the valley.
please keep in mind:
- there is no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time
- there is no noise allowed outdoors after 10pm, its best to move the socialising indoors after that
if this might interfere with your weekend away plans then please reach out to discuss
we use noiseaware technology to monitor the decibel levels outside the house
in cases of noise complaints that are not addressed on request, we reserve the right to use contracted security patrol cars to remove all guests from the premise mid-stay with no refund
