located in downtown philadelphia (queen village / italian market), the location can't be beat Highly sought after neighborhood with the perfect mix of family and fun, Just a short walk or ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just up the block. the building is in a very safe neighborhood, with free street parking in the majority of the area as there are 3 municipal lots within 3 blocks! this place is a real gem!
