our duplex has a 3br apartment on the 1st floor and a 4br apartment on the 2nd floor It's perfect for large families, family reunions, wedding guests or any other large gathering. Once inside the front door, you can easily move between both apartments yet each has it's own kitchen, bathroom and living area. It has a seasonal view of Lake Calhoun and it's located on a quiet residential street. It's light and airy with hardwood floors throughout.
the 7 bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and one of the bedrooms also has a twin pull out bed All the bedrooms have window air conditioners.
both kitchens have updated appliances including dishwashers and are stocked with all your cooking essentials There's a free washer and dryer available for your use in the basement laundry room.
