for the best part of our property, sit outside and enjoy the grand river Our property is less than a mile from a boat launch. Bring your kayak or head to the nearby livery to enjoy the river. Just want to stay in then sit back and enjoy our outdoor entertainment area includes outdoor seating, BBQ grill and fire pit. There is an outdoor security camera on the front porch facing the driveway with no sound. There is also one motion detector by the fireplace table facing the front door that is inactive when guests are present. ❄️Our patio is “winterized" during the cold/snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited and will be available in April.
