It is also right off of I-35, making it easy to commute to other areas in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This space is a newly renovated, one-story single family home. You will have access to the entire home including the fenced back yard during your stay. I live nearby so don't hesitate to reach out if you need or have questions about anything at all. I hope you enjoy your stay! This neighborhood is quiet but very close to downtown Denton, UNT, TWU, Medical City Denton, Texas Health Presbyterian and various shopping centers. Car or Uber/Lyft is the best form of transportation. There is enough room for 2 standard cars to fit in the home's driveway and free street parking available all along the road..
