• pool heating is available for $100/night If you'd like it heated before your arrival, we’ll send someone from our team the morning of your check-in. It can take 5–10+ hours to fully warm, depending on weather.
• jacuzzi heating is free and takes about 30–60 minutes
• there is no fence or gate around the pool Children must be supervised at all times.

to protect the peaceful environment, we use noiseaware, a privacy-safe device that monitors decibel levels only (no recording of audio or video) It alerts us if noise reaches party-level volume. Light music and casual gatherings will not trigger it.

• towel policy: one bath towel and one pool towel per guest provided (washer/dryer available on the 2nd floor for laundry during your stay)
