Our family-friendly spacious 3 bedrooms townhouse with garage is located right in the middle of beautiful Invermere. Only a block off main street, all the shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. About 10 minutes walk to Kinsmen Beach and Mount Nelson Athletic Park. Within a few minutes drive you can get to James Chabot Provincial Park, golf courses and a multitude of local hiking/biking trails. Great Mountain views from the house and also partial lake view from the balcony.

➢ 1 single car garage (the door is low so trucks and large suv's won't fit, cars and most minivans will fit just fine)
➢ 1 parking space in front of the garage & plenty of free street parking
➢ storage for skis, golf clubs, paddleboard and other equipment is available in the garage or the area under the stairs on the entry level
➢you can use our bike to stroll into town it's an old bike, but we want to keep it for our guests to enjoy, so thanks for taking care of it - see picture
➢you can also use our paddleboard during your stay (4 different sizes life jackets available) please enjoy and make sure the next guest will find it in the same condition - see picture
➢camping/beach chairs for you to use thanks for bringing them back all in one piece
➢laundry room with washer/dryer (located on the entry level)
