you get the entire ground level of the house to yourself Completely separated from upstairs, no sharing of indoor spaces with the long term tenant upstairs.

our place will comfortably sleep 6 people The lounge room has a sofa bed which can accommodate another 2 guests but is not as comfortable as a bed. If there are more than 6 guests then the sofa will be used as a bed and there will be no sofa to sit on. We can provide a queen mattress to put on the floor of the big master bedroom if you prefer not to sleep on the sofa bed..
