you will have this beautiful semi detached three bedroom home all to yourself Along with two parking spots, full backyard, small front yard and front porch.
all three bedrooms are located upstairs along with a full bathroom equipped with a glass door shower and bidet
one bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the other is fitted with a comfy double bed The futon / couch in the office folds down into a small double.
there are extra sheets and pillows for all the bedrooms, along with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash
the third bedroom also acts as an office that lets in an incredible amount of sunshine With a desk and ergonomic chair.
we have a full convertible full sized crib for infants and toddlers set up in the office / third bedroom with a mattress and sheets There is also a lot of space in the basement if you have an additional guests outside of the 6.

the backyard provides more privacy to sit in the evening with family We have patio furniture and a BBQ. There is a spot to leash the dog up. There is also grassy areas in the front for your dogs to relieve themselves.

It acts both as a grinder for real fresh coffee and makes great coffee. There is also a French press. The kitchen, comes with a fryer, a pressure cooker, a salad spinner, etc, to make sure you can do all your dinners at home if you like.
