Positive: Enchantment is a beautiful resort set in an amazing location.
Negative: Unfortunately the rooms all seem to be adjoining which has a significant detrimental effect on the soundproofing between rooms. We spent 2 nights being kept awake by noisy neighbours and could even smell their food. No what you’d expect from a luxury hotel at such a high price point. We did complain to management who offered to inconvenience us further by moving rooms but in the end reluctantly made a small concession on the rate. Still way overpriced for such poor soundproofing. Restaurant and spa treatments are also incredibly expensive in my opinion based upon other luxury hotels I have stayed in worldwide.
