in the summer, enjoy a short 3 minute drive to ousel falls trailhead! ousel falls is a spectacular waterfall surrounded by lush green forests in the custer gallatin national forest The trail features the 100-foot falls, some overlooks, and access to the waterfall's base. There are magnificent views of the valley, and the falls themselves are incredible. In the summer, keep an eye out for the wildlife as this area is known for its population of Ousel Birds, also called the American Dipper. The terrain is well-maintained and consists of bridges and well-groomed paths.
