Home itself has large cook's kitchen, patio with fireplace and large barbecue, heated pool, privacy. Two bedrooms and pull out couch mean you can sleep 6 comfortably. Very close to the San Tan Mountains and easy access to the Superstitions. enjoy comfort and relaxation or choose to be active, or both!

Summary: The house itself is beautiful; very spacious with 9’ ceilings, however there is no natural light flowing through the home. The only window that allowed sunlight into the home was in the office. After we had paid the rent in full, we were asked not to use the office because it was full of furniture. (The garage is half full as well, which I believe a previous tenant mentioned in an earlier review). Beware renters; this home appears to be shrinking with each successive tenant! The window coverings were non-functional. Tattered paper blinds on the bedroom windows, which could be held open with clothes pins. Drapery panels made for 8’ ceiling height, hung upside down and tied in a knot to look decorative. Sadly, there was no way we could open or close a blind or curtain. This certainly detracted from our vacation experience. Certainly not the high-end accommodation we were expecting. On the upside, there is a beautiful covered patio with a ceiling fan and fireplace, which we loved. When we contacted Wanda about any problems, she always got back to us quickly, and had any issues remedied within a day or two. Please rethink your window coverings!
