Positive: Mr.EMMA Always has a friendly staff! Rooms are super clean! Mr. EMMA is a fanatic about cleanliness and hotel service! He faces some challenges because of power outages however he provides solar powered internet at all times. For the price it's a very very nice place to stay. It's located in a seasoned kampala neighborhood! It's very safe and it's a great experience to stay there. Food and juices can be delivered to rooms by many local cooks also. I highly recommend Emma's if your on a budget like me!
Negative: Sometimes.power might go out, but that's everywhere in the city.
Summary: Great place for bargain travelers !
