1 no guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation
2 Vehicle count cannot exceed 3 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.
3 no excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 9 am
4 A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
5 Fireworks are not allowed.
6 Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
pet owners: a pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
