this beautiful victorian bungalow, built in 1890 and fully renovated a few years back with no detail missed, includes ac, a main bedroom with en-suite bath, walk-in closet and vanity and a second bedroom with great light
just blocks from the public market and the new car-less state street promenade and fifteen minute walk to the beach (stearn's wharf and marina too) you won't need a car
the home features a king, queen, twin and two twin foam floor beds adorned with fine linens and comfortable beds The front covered porch with bench swing is a treat for morning coffee or tea or lazy afternoons reading or visiting with loved ones.
the gated back yard is petite yet well-planned The back yard is both private and very lush with a tall border of lush greenery to provide a cozy location for private conversation with loved ones, a meal, gaming or reading, Two cozy arm chairs are perched just above the back yard. The lower elevation (few steps) includes outdoor dining, bench and BBQ.
