- check-out is by 10:00 am Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. If no prior agreement is made and check-out occurs after 10:00 am, a £100 fee will be charged due to disruption of the cleaning schedule.

- paid street parking is available right next to the apartment in marked bays Controlled hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (maximum stay 4 hours). Parking is free outside of those controlled hours, including evenings and weekends.
