Positive: The location was very good. The parking lot was indoors, but the way to get in was narrow, so I scratched my car.
Negative: I made a reservation because it said there was 24-hour front desk service before making the reservation, but in reality, it was non-face-to-face check-in like other apartments. It was a little cold. I asked the host how to turn on the heater, but when I asked about the necessary information, there was no answer or the reply was late, so I couldn't get any help. There was no shampoo, and there was no foot mat in front of the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The kitchen pot was old, and the bottom was peeling off, so it looked like it needed to be replaced. The kitchen wasn't cleaned well, so it was difficult to clean it all again before use.
