Dear friends this is an eco home with electricity from solar panels, hot water from the sun and biological waste treatment for the toilet. It is new and clean house 40 m2, with 1 bed-room, a free gym-room with a mat and free Wi-Fi. It sleeps 2 in a double-bed and 1 on a mat. It has a WC with shower and a small kitchen equipment with a microwave oven. It is at the basement of our house, and it is separate with its own door. It has no view from inside the house but it is lightful and outside is fantastic. You will have your own space with view at then sea and the sunset. You will have a gym room to train for free. There is a personal trainer Anna, available with appointment with extra charge to train you at yoga or personal training at your own wishes for your vacation. The weather is nice most of the year(I swim all the year). It is very safe and quiet and the nearest village is at 1,5 kilometre or 20 minutes by foot. Kini is the name of the village and it is very beautiful. We suggest to hire a car or a scooter to go to Ermoupolis and the other beaches. There is also a bus from Kini and the price of a taxi to go to Ermoupolis is about 13 euro with no extra charge for the call, 24 hours.

about the neighbourhood: it is very safe and peaceful and is among houses of people that use them for vacations The place is really amazing and extraordinary with nice view. If you like walking at the nature there are nice paths and if you enjoy swimming there is a beach 10 min walking down the hill. There is a village Kini at 1,5 kilometres down the hill, with tavernas and night life. At 7 km is Ermoupoli the capital of Syros with the theater Apollon and amazing buildings and history. You can visit the islands nearby as Tinos and Myconos with daily ferries. enjoy your stay!!!

Αν δεν μπορείτε τα σκαλιά, τα μονοπάτια, σας νευριάζει η μουσική, η ησυχία και τα τζιτζίκια δεν θα μείνετε ευχαριστημένοι. Το σπίτι είναι δροσερό και πολύ καλά μονωμένο κι έχει air condition με φίλτρο καθαρισμού του αέρα. Έτσι κι αλλιώς ο αέρας που θα αναπνεύσετε είναι μακρυά από τη μόλυνση της πόλης και μέσα στη φύση. Το σπίτι έχει φωτοβολταϊκά, ηλιακό για ζεστό νερό, βιολογικό βόθρο και φιλτραρισμένο νερό βροχής για το ντους σας. Θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο ή μηχανή για να έρθετε και για να πάτε στην Ερμούπολη. Το ταξί κοστίζει γύρω στα 13 ευρώ χωρίς επιπλέον χρεώσεις για την κλήση όλο το 24ωρο.

Η θέα και το τοπίο είναι εντελώς παρθένο. Μπορείτε επίσης να πάτε στην παραλία Λωτός σε 10 λεπτά. Είμαστε 95 μέτρα πάνω από τη θάλασσα ακριβώς πάνω στο λόφο. Επίσης μπορείτε να πάτε στο Κίνι σε 20 λεπτά σε ταβέρνες και μπαρ. Γενικά σας συνιστούμε το αυτοκίνητο ή το μηχανάκι. Στο Κίνι θα βρείτε τουλάχιστον 5 με 6 ταβέρνες, πίτα-γύρο και μικρό supermarket. Αν σας αρέσει το κολύμπι πάρτε μαζί τη μάσκα σας για να θαυμάσετε τον όμορφο βυθό. Από τις πιο όμορφες παραλίες είναι το Δελφίνι αμέσως μετά το Κίνι. Εκεί υπάρχει ταβέρνα και μπαράκι στη δεξιά μεριά και γυμνιστές στην αριστερή μεριά.
