The Guest House at Fox Lake Estate is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all of the activities this enormous and amazing 80 acre private & gated property has to offer.
the house is brand new and is fully furnished with new everything
the spacious wrap around deck has amazing views of this peaceful and serene property
there is a small pond in front of the house and a larger 4 acre lake next to it
book 3 nights and your 4th is free
the guest house is one of the best accommodation options for maximizing and experiencing this once in a lifetime celestial event
we are in the path of totality and this property has so many places to view the eclipse We just completed this new building and you will be our first guests.
we feel this space is most comfortable with 3 - 4 people in it but for this event we will allow up to 8
the deck is large enough for a tent and you could also put a tent in front of the deck
there is a fully stocked kitchen
all towels and linens are provided
shared guest amenities include the 4-acre lake, the soft sandy beach and bungalow area There is a covered picnic table and seating there and also a small propane fire pit (great for smores). We also have several kayaks and paddle boards. If you have extra beach chairs and/or kayak and paddle boards feel free to bring them.
there are a couple of fishing docks, and we request that you release back into the lake any fish that you catch that are over 13” but you can keep any under 13”
there are over 15 miles of groomed trails throughout this beautiful property and you can hike and/or mountain bike at your will. The property is completely fenced so you can comfortably wander too.
there are a few meditative/relaxation stations on the property which provide a perfect place to rest and reset
we are including an eclipse gift basket worth over $300 in retail value
some of the items that are in there are a commemorative eclipse poster 3 piece set and eclipse viewing glasses for each of the guests There are also commemorative Eclipse Buttons & Magnets, DIY Crafts and more.

there are two additional accommodation options on the property The Great Room (sleeps up to 13) and also the Studio (sleeps up to 6). Along with our guests in the main house, there could be up to 25 additional people on this very spacious property.
we ask that each of the three groups agree to respect the serenity of the space and to keep their groups recreational activities to a level that is enjoyable but not disruptive to the other groups

we will be having a complementary lunch for all of our guests at 11:45 on monday 4/8 before the main event
town is going to be extremely busy during this time and we would encourage you to bring everything that you think you may need with you There is a Walmart about 3.5 miles away. There are some fast food options including Sonic as the closest (1 mile) McDonalds & Subway are about 4 miles. There are also a couple of other restaurant options towards Hot Springs Village as well as many downtown. Downtown Hot Springs National Park is about 10 miles from the property. Bathhouse Row, Central Avenue has amazing history and fun tours and great independent shops like ours, Hot Springs Hemp Company. Ron Coleman's crystal digging is about 7 miles from the house. Garvin Woodlawn Gardens is a beautiful spot to visit and their world famous Tulip Festival may still be going on at this time. Hot Springs Village has 7 public golf courses.
having said all that, the most recent city predictions as far as people in town is increasing daily and mass gridlock in some of the areas in and around hot springs is being expected
our property is so peaceful so big and so enjoyable you won't want to or need to leave it
the closest medical facility/emergency room to us is 20-25 minutes with no traffic It may be impossible to get to during this time due to the 250,000-300,000+ additional town visitors that will be here. One of our guests is a registered nurse and she will be onsite for the entire event and will be available in case of emergency.
we believe that our location is an exceptional place to experience the eclipse for a number of reasons Hot Springs sits on one of the largest quartz crystal veins in the world. Our natural thermal hot springs and rich mineral water is some of the best in the world. There is an energy here that is not only relaxing and recharging but also reenergizing and renewing.
