Welcome to the Humming House, a sophisticated, ultra modern condo with an eclectic design, located in The Nations, one of the hottest and safest areas in Nashville. Nestled in a walkable neighborhood, with plenty of coffee shops, breweries, local markets and stores at walking distance, this apartment is in an ideal location, less than 10 minutes from Downtown, yet away from traffic, and the bustle of Broadway. The open plan and smart layout is ideal for 2 couples, and allows privacy for each couple who will have a their own bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and large closets. The condo is on the 2nd floor of an elevator building with free parking, on a first served first served basis.

This is a non-refundable “peace of mind” fee that will give the Guest the peace of mind of not being charged a high fee for damages in the event of an accident that causes damages to the property. Guest will be covered for damages up to $1500. If damages exceed $1500, the card on file will be charged to cover anything above $1500.
