the home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is around 1100 sq ft It is a one level home with all rooms & space on the ground floor, and just one small step to entry. The floor plan is compact but cozy: living room, kitchen, dining, primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom & queen bed, two other bedrooms share a hallway bath, one bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has a full bed. The full bed still sleep 2 but is on the smaller side.
