pets are allowed 25 pounds or less, the pet fee is $25 per night per pet Please let us know if you want to bring a pet at the time of booking. Once booked, we will require a $250 pet cleaning deposit fee on the day of reservation. Refundable on the check-out day if no damage or excessive animal fur in the space. Also, we will require a picture of the pet.

the resident of the main house has dogs that maybe in the backyard at times every effort is made to keep the dogs out of guests way,
but on the rare occasion the dogs are in the backyard when you are trying to access the space please inform the host and we will promptly get the dogs out of your way
there is a motion detector on the interior of the unit,
this is not a camera, it only functions to detect motion when the alarm is on
