Summary: The house interior was clean and comfortable. House location is good. 1.9 miles to the historic district and 1.9 miles to the nearest beach. There is no air conditioning and there are not enough windows to supply air in the house. Most of the windows will not open fully. There was a sign in the basement asking not to open the window. The house was uncomfortably warm at times and there was no mention of no air conditioning in the VRBO description. There were 3 Coffee Cups in a house with three bedrooms. House should have had a few more cups. No window coverings in the upstairs bedrooms to provide privacy while dressing There was no curtain for bathroom window so had to use a towel to cover to prevent the next door neighbor from seeing in. Very small TV in the basement with none in the main family room. Back porch sitting area badly in need of jet washing. There is mold growing everywhere on the house, deck, and furniture with old furniture and other items piled high in various areas. There is water leaking onto the kitchen ceiling from upstairs causing ceiling mold. Beds in all the bedrooms are tired and in need of replacement. Front door has black mold growing all over it. Coffee pot failed the last day of our rental. Many of the outlets in the home in need of replacement due to wear.
