please note: this unit is an attached, private, sealed guest apartment within a home The unit shares an interior wall, similar to adjoining rooms in a hotel. The door in between is deadbolt-locked from each side. There may be other guests at the property, and the backyard is shared. The driveway is for the guests in the main house. Guests in this apartment unit park on the street adjacent to the apartment and enter the property through the side gate.
