2 Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 8 am. 3 There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests or guests over the limit noted.

9 Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
10 Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
11 We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail.
